1. General

These terms and conditions govern the supply of products and services by Highlight General Trading LLC (TRN: 104413983800003) to businesses operating in the United Arab Emirates and GCC region. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Quotations

All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

3. Credit Terms

Credit terms (Net 30, 60, or 90 days) are available to approved corporate account holders only. Credit applications require a valid UAE Trade License, TRN, and authorized signatory documentation. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw credit facilities at any time.

4. Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders within Dubai. We aim for same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM and next-day delivery for orders across the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Custom-printed items, opened consumables, and special-order products are non-returnable. Return shipping is at our cost for defective or incorrect items.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. Product warranties are limited to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
